Oakley Renovation

Welcome home to this amazing restored home in one of Hyde Parks only Neighborhoods. Number 2 Arcadia Place is a prominent estate in the Arcadia Place Neighborhood located about 2 blocks from the Hyde Park Square. This Tudor home was built in 1924, and is beautifully restored inside and out! You can see from the exterior of this home the meticulous care and detail they employed while freshly painting the exterior of the home, adding new storm windows to keep the architectural integrity of the home in tact. The estate sits on a double level lot, great for entertaining or playing a game of soccer with the neighborhood kids. The iron fencing was added by the current owners to keep with the period of the home, and make it look like it has been there since 1924.
